Sara beskæftiger sig med bæredygtighed i et bredt spektrum inden for især uddannelse, læring og udvikling – både ift. til børn og voksne. Sara har bl.a. fokus på de projekter, der omhandler institutionaliseret uddannelse, adfærdsændringer, personalekultur, læringsrum samt evaluering og udvikling af uddannelsesmateriale og uddannelses-/undervisningskoncepter fx ift. natur, biodiversitet og bæredygtig omstilling.
Sara har derudover fokus på evalueringer og har en bred og grundig metodisk værktøjskasse når det kommer til dataindsamling med baggrund i en tværfaglig samfundsvidenskabelig og humanistisk uddannelse.

Sara works with sustainability in a broad spectrum within education, learning and development in particular - both in relation to children and adults. Sara, among other things, focus on the projects that deal with institutionalized education, behavioral changes, staff culture, learning spaces as well as evaluation and development of educational material and educational/teaching concepts, e.g. in relation to nature, biodiversity and sustainable transition.
Sara also focuses on evaluations and has a broad and thorough methodological toolbox when it comes to data collection with a background in an interdisciplinary social science and humanities education.
