NORION Consult was established by CEO Bjørn Bauer in 1990 as an environmental consultancy. Today the company works within a broader sustainability remit and has 21 employees.
NORION has a young and enterprising team. Our flat structure makes for an agile and flexible consulting firm, able to pursue innovative ideas, develop and apply new methods, and constantly strive to more than fulfil the expectations of our partners and clients.
In addition to its solid client base of Danish ministries, municipalities and businesses, Norion has an excellent international track record. We have working experience from more than 60 countries for clients such as Danida, SIDA, EU Delegations, and UN agencies. Moreover, we have a wealth of experience as partner in international projects for the European Commission, the European Environment Agency, and the Nordic Council of Ministers.

Internal development
We continuously train our staff to ensure the development of our competencies and to strengthen the employees' enthusiasm and job satisfaction. In collaboration, relevant development themes are identified for the individual employee, and the training takes place partly through internal teaching and project participation, and partly through participation in external seminars and courses. There is a responsiveness to new ideas, and we are constantly discussing opportunities to expand each professional profile.

We build upon great and mutual trust that everyone does their best, and therefore have minimal control and maximum dialogue. Our employees have the space to develop their own solutions to current challenges - and of course to develop new projects in collaboration with relevant partners.
Quality
We care about the concept of quality in a broad sense and invest time and thoughts in providing services that exceed customer expectations. Our methodical base is constituted by more than 400 well-executed projects, and through ongoing refining and additions we ensure that all projects are based on methods and approaches that are simultaneously well documented and innovative.

We involve our partners 100% in task formulation and solution. We make sure that there is space to complete projects of high quality and to the satisfaction for the customer as well as for the employee.
