Med en baggrund i etnologi og kulturvidenskab er Katrine uddannet i at skabe viden om sociale og kulturelle processer gennem en bred vifte af kvalitative metoder. Hun har rig erfaring med kvalitative feltstudier, interviews, fokusgrupper, workshops såvel som større analyseprocesser, litteraturstudier samt udvikling af redskaber, anbefalinger og adfærdsdesigntiltag.
Katrine er særligt optaget af de spændinger mellem kultur og samfundsstruktur, der viser sig i det bæredygtige omstillingsarbejde og har beskæftiget sig med temaer som affald og ressourcer, tøjspild, naturrelationer, forbrug og genbrug og har ligeledes erfaring med projekter som vedrører ligestilling og mangfoldighed.

With a background in ethnology and cultural studies, Katrine is trained in creating knowledge about social and cultural processes through a wide range of qualitative methods. She has extensive experience with qualitative field studies, interviews, focus groups, workshops as well as larger analysis processes, literature studies and the development of tools, recommendations and behavioral design measures.
Katrine is particularly interested with the tensions between culture and social structure that show up in the sustainable transition work and has dealt with themes such as waste and resources, clothing waste, relationships with nature, consumption and recycling and also has experience with projects relating to equality and diversity.
